MOPAIQ Admin Tour: Navigate Your First Program

After completing AI Quick Setup, you have the foundation of a leadership execution program: Company MOPs that establish the organization’s North Stars and draft Department MOPs that translate those objectives into aligned commitments across the leadership team.

This video provides a quick visual tour of where that work lives inside MOPAIQ. It introduces the primary areas a Company Admin uses to review objectives, coordinate the leadership team, monitor execution, address obstacles, and manage the company account.

Because the demonstration begins with a newly created program, some pages are still empty. They will populate as department managers review their draft MOPs, submit them for approval, identify cross-functional dependencies, and begin reporting progress.

Company MOPs: The Company’s North Stars

Company MOPs—Measures of Performance—define the most important company-wide outcomes for a fiscal year or other program period. They give the leadership team a focused, measurable view of what the organization is working to accomplish.

The Company MOPs page displays these objectives together so leaders can maintain a shared view of the company’s direction. Each Company MOP serves as a parent objective for the Department MOPs created in support of it.

This is the top level of the MOP System: a small number of clearly defined destinations that keep the leadership team focused on the results that matter most.

Department MOPs: Aligned Leadership Commitments

Department MOPs translate company direction into specific commitments owned by individual departments and their leaders. Every Department MOP aligns with a Company MOP, creating a direct connection between departmental execution and company results.

After AI Quick Setup, the Department MOPs page contains the initial drafts prepared for department managers. Each manager reviews the MOPs for the departments they lead, applies their operating knowledge and judgment, makes any necessary changes, and submits the final commitments for approval.

Company Admins can view Department MOPs across the organization or filter them by department or by the Company MOP they support. This makes it easier to see how work is distributed and whether the leadership team is aligned around the company’s priorities.

Admin Center: The Company-Wide Management View

The Admin Center is the Company Admin’s primary workspace for activity that spans the organization. It highlights items requiring administrative attention and helps the Admin manage the overall execution environment.

As the company builds a history in MOPAIQ, the Admin Center also provides access to AI-assisted strategic insights based on the company’s programs, MOPs, progress information, and selected Knowledge Base documents.

The Admin Center is restricted to Company Admins. Department managers work primarily inside the programs and departments for which they are responsible.

Program Hub: The Working Center of a Program

The Program Hub is the day-to-day working center for a specific program, such as an annual operating plan, midyear replan, or major company initiative.

For a Company Admin, the Program Hub surfaces activities that require attention, including Department MOPs submitted for approval and other tasks needed to keep the program moving. Department managers use it to review their responsibilities and provide efficient updates during the leadership team’s normal operating cadence.

The Program Hub is designed to make the next important actions visible without forcing leaders to search through multiple spreadsheets, meeting notes, or disconnected systems.

Program Dashboard: A Current View of Execution

The Program Dashboard shows how the program is progressing once the leadership team begins providing updates.

It helps Company Admins and other leaders:

  • Monitor progress against Company and Department MOPs
  • Review performance across departments
  • See what has changed over time
  • Identify objectives that are at risk or blocked
  • Focus leadership attention where it can have the greatest impact

A new dashboard will initially contain limited information. As managers submit MOPs and begin reporting progress, it becomes a living view of execution rather than a static summary of the original plan.

MOPAIQ Advisor: Context-Aware Leadership Support

The MOPAIQ Advisor provides AI-assisted guidance using the company’s own program context, MOPs, progress information, and relevant Knowledge Base documents.

Leaders can use the Advisor to analyze progress, identify potential risks, explore where alignment may be breaking down, and consider where management attention is needed. Its purpose is to help leaders interpret the information already inside the execution system and ask better questions about what is happening.

The Advisor supports leadership judgment; it does not replace it. Leaders remain responsible for evaluating the guidance, making decisions, and directing the team.

MOP-Its: Tracking Issues That Need Attention

MOP-Its are trackable issues, action items, blockers, or decisions that arise during execution and require additional attention.

A MOP-It can be connected to a Company MOP and, when appropriate, a specific Department MOP. The team can assign ownership, establish a priority and due date, and track the item through completion.

This keeps important obstacles from disappearing into meeting notes or being repeatedly discussed without resolution. The issue remains visible until the team has addressed it.

Dependencies: Making Cross-Functional Support Explicit

A dependency identifies support one department needs from another to accomplish a Department MOP.

Cross-functional work is one of the most common places execution breaks down. The responsible leader may have a clear objective but still depend on another team for data, product changes, hiring, customer support, legal review, or some other critical contribution.

MOPAIQ makes that dependency explicit. Once department managers review their draft MOPs and identify the support they require, the Dependencies area gives both sides a shared place to understand the request, communicate, and maintain accountability.

Company Administration Tools

The Administration section contains the tools used to manage the company’s MOPAIQ account. Depending on their permissions, Company Admins can use this area to maintain:

  • Company Knowledge Base documents
  • Departments and organizational structure
  • Users, invitations, and roles
  • Programs
  • Administrative requests
  • Account and security settings
  • AI Assistant activity logs
  • Subscription and billing information

These tools support the execution system but remain separate from the leadership team’s normal program workflow.

Why Are Some Pages Empty After Quick Setup?

Empty pages are normal immediately after creating a new program.

AI Quick Setup establishes the initial framework, but the program becomes operational as leaders begin using it. Department managers still need to review and refine their draft Department MOPs, submit them for approval, identify dependencies, and begin providing progress updates.

As those activities occur, the Program Hub, Program Dashboard, MOP-Its, Dependencies, and other reporting areas begin to populate. The initial plan becomes a living execution system that reflects what the team is doing, what has changed, and where help may be needed.

What Happens After the Admin Tour?

The next step is to bring department managers into the process.

Each department manager reviews the draft Department MOPs prepared through AI Quick Setup, adjusts them based on their functional expertise, and submits the commitments for approval. Once the MOPs are active, managers begin reporting progress through the leadership team’s normal meeting and update cadence.

The Company Admin can then use MOPAIQ to maintain alignment, monitor results, resolve cross-functional issues, and keep the leadership conversation focused on what is changing.

MOPAIQ does not ask leaders to replace the way they lead their departments. It provides a shared execution framework that connects company priorities, departmental ownership, progress, and obstacles in one place.
