Invite Your Leadership Team: MOPAIQ Quick Setup Admin Tutorial
Published August 12, 2026 by MOPAIQ
Learn how to bring your leadership team into MOPAIQ after completing AI Quick Setup. This tutorial shows Company Admins how to review draft Department MOPs, invite leaders, assign them to the departments they manage, and notify them that their MOPs are ready for review. It also explains how managers refine those drafts and take ownership of their commitments.
Invite Your Leadership Team to MOPAIQ
AI Quick Setup gives your company a strong starting point: a focused set of Company MOPs and aligned draft Department MOPs. The next step is to bring your leadership team into the program and transfer ownership of those departmental commitments to the people responsible for delivering them.
This MOPAIQ Admin Tutorial shows Company Admins how to review the initial drafts, invite department managers, assign them to the appropriate departments, and notify them that their Department MOPs are ready.
The goal is not simply to distribute objectives. It is to move from an AI-generated execution framework to a leadership-owned program.
Review the Draft Department MOPs Before Sharing
Every Department MOP created through AI Quick Setup begins as a draft. Before inviting the leadership team to review them, the Company Admin can look across the proposed objectives and make sure they represent a thoughtful starting point.
An Admin can edit any draft directly or ask MOPAIQ to regenerate an individual Department MOP. This is a useful final check for obvious gaps, duplication, or recommendations that do not reflect the company’s intended direction.
The drafts do not need to be perfect. Department leaders will bring the functional knowledge needed to refine them. The Admin’s job at this stage is to make sure the overall framework is coherent enough to begin a productive leadership discussion.
Once the drafts are ready, select Finish setup and share with your team.
Invite Users and Assign Department Managers
A Company Admin can invite members of the leadership team directly from the Quick Setup completion process.
For each new user, enter the person’s name and email address, then assign that leader to the department or departments they manage. A leader responsible for more than one function can be assigned to multiple departments.
Department assignments matter because they determine which draft Department MOPs each manager will be asked to review. Assigning the right owner creates a direct connection between:
- The Company MOP the organization is pursuing
- The Department MOP created to support it
- The department responsible for the commitment
- The leader accountable for refining and delivering it
User and department assignments are not permanent. Company Admins can update them later through Departments or Manage Users in the Administration section.
What Is the Role of a Department Manager in MOPAIQ?
A Department Manager is the leader responsible for the MOPs owned by one or more departments.
After joining MOPAIQ, the manager reviews the draft Department MOPs prepared for those departments. The manager can revise the wording, adjust measures or timing, and apply practical knowledge of how the function operates before submitting the objectives for approval.
This step is important. AI can synthesize company context and prepare a useful first draft, but the department leader must determine whether the proposed commitment is achievable, appropriately ambitious, and aligned with the department’s real responsibilities.
MOPAIQ aligns the results but frees the methods. Company and Department MOPs clarify what needs to be accomplished and when, while department leaders retain responsibility for how their teams deliver the work.
Send a Program Notice to the Leadership Team
After users have been invited and assigned to their departments, the Company Admin can send a Program Notice asking managers to review their draft MOPs.
When the notice is launched from the Quick Setup completion process, the notice type is automatically set to Review Draft MOPs. The Admin can then:
- Choose the priority
- Add an optional due date
- Edit the notice title and message
- Select all department managers or specific recipients
- Choose whether to send an email notification
Every recipient receives the notice inside MOPAIQ. If Send email notifications is selected, the recipient also receives the notice by email.
Adding a reasonable due date can help establish momentum and make it clear when managers should complete their reviews.
What Happens If an Invited Manager Has Not Joined Yet?
A Program Notice will not be lost if the recipient has not yet accepted the MOPAIQ invitation.
The notice is held for that manager and delivered automatically when the invitation is accepted. The Company Admin does not need to recreate or resend it.
This allows the Admin to complete the rollout in one sequence: invite the leadership team, assign department ownership, and send the review notice without waiting for every person to activate an account.
Can the Company Admin Finish the Process Later?
Yes. A Company Admin does not have to assign every department manager or complete every onboarding step in one sitting.
The setup process can be resumed by selecting Finish Program Setup from the Program Hub or Program Dashboard. Users and department assignments can also be managed through the Administration tools in the left navigation.
This flexibility is useful when a leadership role is open, an assignment is still being decided, or the Admin wants to speak with individual managers before inviting them.
What Happens After the Leadership Team Is Invited?
Each department manager receives access to the draft MOPs for the departments they own. The manager’s next steps are to:
- Review the proposed Department MOPs
- Apply functional expertise and leadership judgment
- Edit the objectives where necessary
- Submit the refined MOPs for approval
The Company Admin can then review the submissions and work with managers to resolve any questions before the commitments become part of the active execution program.
This review process turns the output from AI Quick Setup into something more important: a set of commitments that the leadership team understands and owns.
Why Leadership Ownership Matters
A plan does not become executable merely because objectives have been written down. The people responsible for delivering the results need to understand the company’s direction, see how their departments contribute, and commit to outcomes they are prepared to own.
MOPAIQ accelerates the work required to establish that alignment. It does not remove the leadership conversation.
By giving each manager a thoughtful first draft connected to the company’s North Stars, the team can spend less time creating objectives from a blank page and more time discussing targets, tradeoffs, resources, and cross-functional support.
That is the transition this tutorial helps complete: from company context, to an integrated draft, to leadership ownership.
How Many Users Can Join During the MOPAIQ Free Trial?
The 14-day free trial includes up to three users: the Company Admin and two additional users.
A subscription is required to invite more users or continue using MOPAIQ beyond the trial period. This allows a small leadership group to experience the onboarding and review process before expanding access to the full team.
Moving From Setup to Execution
Once department managers have reviewed and submitted their MOPs, the program begins to operate as a shared leadership execution framework.
Company leaders can monitor progress, review changes, identify obstacles, manage cross-functional dependencies, and keep leadership discussions focused on the outcomes that matter most.
AI Quick Setup provides the acceleration. Inviting the leadership team brings in the judgment, accountability, and operating knowledge required to turn those drafts into results.
